After a few years of being patients here, we will not be returning to this office. The receptionists could not be more unprofessional and disrespectful. They canceled my husband’s most recent appointment, so I called to reschedule and they had no availability for 3 months with an exception of a same day appointment. As I attempted to contact my husband to ensure he could attend that same day appointment, I asked the receptionist to secure it for him and she responded that I have 5 minutes to get back to her on whether or not he can make it. I explained that my husband was at work and that I was doing my best to obtain an answer but inquired where in the policies it stated that I had 5 minutes as that was totally unreasonable. They were the ones to cancel his original appointment so I found this extraordinarily inappropriate. This escalated to a back and forth where they threatened to drop us as patients. Of course they didn’t because I was never once out of line, I was simply trying to be the middle point to find a good time for both my husband and the office. Dentist service reviewed x-ray in previous visit. Provided recommendations but was not pushy. Cleaning: provided clear communications of what she was doing and provided recommendations to continue maintaining teeth health. Great to go to a dentist that is not pushing other services that is not covered by insurance. Everyone provides great service including those that schedule appointments.

I came in for my cleaning and they took me right on time. Quick paperwork and I got laid right down and immediately they went to work. I was surprised, but it was a really quick and easy appt. The whole time she was telling me what she was about to do, and whether she was done with it and what I had to do. Once I was done she told me what I had to do for the next couple of hours, and the checkout lady was really nice, It was quick to make my next appointment.

As someone who has really bad anxiety and is afraid of going to get dental work done, I can 100% say Gentle Dental exceeded my expectations and put me at ease. I'm glad I chose this dental office. Alexa the dental hygenist is amazing. She was patient with me, addressed my concerns before we started and made sure I was okay through the whole procedure. I always had trouble with people numbing me up in the past but she hit all the marks and I didn't feel a thing. My second time coming back I felt a lot more confident and not as anxious because I knew I was in good hands. Dr.Lo is very nice and you can tell he really cares about his patients. He helped me understand my dental health a lot better. I don't have dental insurance and paying out of pocket is hard and expensive. But they do accept the care credit card that they can help you get set up with and I was able to get 6 months interest free on it so that was super helpful!

Really easy access and service. Place is easy to find and once u come here the whole process for first timers is easy to navigate. There's plenty of parking, good customer service, good phone etiquette, nice workers and staff. Clean equipment and they didn't make me wait too long. Lots of space in the waiting room and lots of my questions were answered.
